The Cloud

The Cloud
By: psalm19v14

How can a man seek for God? How can he touch him?
God who holds the universe in the palm of his hand
Who with the breath of his mouth creates the stars
And with the thought of his mind moves the galaxies
How can frail man reach out and touch the Almighty God
Yet God was manifest in the vast cloud
That descended into the tabernacle and the temple
The cloud no sinful man could stand before
Man breathing in the Divine Presence of God

The cloud now comes to our blood covered Temple
The Holy Spirit descending like a pure white dove
With the clap of wings beating through resistant air
The enveloping cloud, baptizing the soul
Permeating, purifying the inward parts,
God filling the utmost corners of the hidden recesses
Swept off our feet, Lifted by His grace,
Weightless, floating, folded in His arms
Swirling, all encompassing, tender embrace
Dissolved forever into the cloud of His love.

Dealing With God In Terms Of Marriage? =)

Lord, I am about to be ready to commit
myself to someone I fell in love with.
Could I take
him now? I have prayed for him for quite
a time now.

But the Lord answered. No, not until you are
satisfied, fulfilled and content with
being loved by
me alone. You need to give yourself totally
unreserved to me because in me your
satisfaction is
to be found. And when you learn to
commit yourself
to me alone then, only then is the right
time for
you to be capable of perfect human
relationship that
I have planned for you long you
thought at it.
You will never be united with another
until you are
united with me. You will never learn to
speak and
understand the true language of love
until you hear
me speak it. You will never learn how it
is to love
and be loved until you feel the tender
touch of my
LOVE.

I want you to stop planning. Stop
wishing and
allow me to step in and give you the
most surprising
and exciting plan that you can imagine.
You are my
child. I want you to have the best.
Please allow
me to bring it to you. Fix your eyes on
me and
expect the greatest things as you watch.
Keep
experiencing the satisfaction that I AM.
Learn all
the things I tell you and be patient.
Just wait.

Don’t be anxious. Do not worry. Don’t
look around
and feel at the things others may have
got. Yours
will be different because I LOVE YOU.
Don’t look at
things you think you want. They may not
be the
things I want for you. Look up straight
at me
because you might miss what I want to
show you.

And then, when you’re ready. I’ll
surprise you
with a lover far more wonderful than
what you would
ever dream of. But I won’t let you have
it until
you are ready and the one I prepared for
you is
ready, until you are both satisfied
exclusively with
me and the LIFE I have prepared for you.=D

Who wouldn’t love VICTOR HUGO?

Since I have set my lips to your full cup, my sweet,
Since I my pallid face between your hands have laid,

Since I have known your soul, and all the bloom of it,
And all the perfume rare, now buried in the shade;

Since it was given to me to hear one happy while,
The words wherein your heart spoke all its mysteries,
Since I have seen you weep, and since I have seen you smile,
Your lips upon my lips, and your eyes upon my eyes;

Since I have known above my forehead glance and gleam,
A ray, a single ray, of your star, veiled always,
Since I have felt the fall, upon my lifetime’s stream,
Of one rose petal plucked from the roses of your days;

I now am bold to say to the swift changing hours,
Pass, pass upon your way, for I grow never old,
Fleet to the dark abysm with all your fading flowers,
One rose that none may pluck, within my heart I hold.

Your flying wings may smite, but they can never spill
The cup fulfilled of love, from which my lips are wet;
My heart has far more fire than you have frost to chill,
My soul more love than you can make my soul forget.

*_* Victor-Marie Hugo (26 February 1802 – 22 May 1885) was a French
poet,
novelist,
playwright,
essayist,
visual artist,
statesman and
human rights campaigner,
recognized as the most influential Romantic writer of the 19th century.

His best-known works are the novels Les Misérables and Notre-Dame de Paris (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame). Among many volumes of poetry, Les Contemplations and La Légende des siècles stand particularly high in critical esteem, and Hugo is often identified as the greatest French poet.
